1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The organization reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be communicated to members via email, in person, or by website updates. Member Conduct is outlined in the liability waiver.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older or as otherwise stated. The organization reserves the right to approve or deny memberships at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to discounts on services, access to exclusive events, emergency booking, and more! The organization reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate benefits at any time without prior notice. Services are not guaranteed and will be approved at the discretion of the practitioner.
4. Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership. Members are allowed to change their membership type, but changes will not be made to their membership until the following billing cycle unless otherwise approved by Neurosimplicity’s owner or business manager.
5. Membership Term
Membership credits are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. All credits expire at the end of the billing cycle; they do not roll over. The membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis, which will occur automatically after the initial term has been completed. In order to cancel a membership, please see section 7 herein.
6. Member Obligations
Members agree to:
Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
Comply with all organizational rules and policies.
Not transfer or share membership privileges with others unless explicitly agreed to by Neurosimplicity prior to the transfer.
7. Termination of Membership
The organization reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate. Refunds will not be provided for terminated memberships as all sales are final. For a member to terminate their own membership, the member must provide, in writing, a cancellation notice 30-days prior to the requested cancellation date. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle so members can use their final credits for the entire month’s period.
8. Privacy Policy
The organization is committed to protecting member privacy. Personal information collected during membership registration and usage will be handled in accordance with HIPPA guidelines.
9. No-show Policy
If a member is more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time, Neurosimplicity has a right to cancel the appointment and charge a $25 no-show fee to the member’s card on file, regardless of the reason for the tardiness. Any exceptions to this can only be made at the discretion of a Neurosimplicity representative.
The no-show fee can be charged by card on file, by a 15-minute credit being taken off the member’s account, or by invoice if neither of the former options are available at time of no show. The member will not receive another service until the no-show fee has been paid.
10. Limitation of Liability
The organization is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from membership use or participation in events. Members use the facilities, benefits, or services at their own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State and/or Clark County. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County. Is this safe for seniors?
Absolutely! Not only is it safe, but working towards better mobility in your body has cascading effects like better balance and can even help regulate blood pressure. When you move, you push aches and pains out. I have hundreds of hands on hours working with aging populations specializing in stroke rehabilitation and other conditions as well as various fitness capabilities. What ever your goal may be, I’ll help you get there safely and within your comfort level.
What can I expect in the initial assessment?
When you first meet with me, my job is to assess where you’re starting, gather information about your overall health and lifestyle, and learn about your current goals. I will use all of this information to come up with a personal plan that’s designed to meet you where you’re starting and gradually help you build toward your goals.
Assessments can vary person to person based on the information gathered, but every client will go through an assessment and leave with a plan of action.
Do you work with minors?
Absolutely. There is never a more important time to teach your body how to keep functioning correctly than in our younger years. Now is the time to build healthy habits that last a lifetime and reduce the risk of injury playing team sports. Minors MUST have a legal guardian present during the session at all times with no exceptions. Ask about my family specials and get the whole family involved!
