All clients must complete an initial consultation before they book their first service. Initial consultations are free. Due to overwhelming success in pain reduction after one session any consults regarding low back or hip pain have a $40 fee.
Stretching & Express Sessions
Quick and convenient. All the clinical benefits of a massage without the fluff. Great after your regular workout. Perfect if you’re only having a half body issue like; tennis elbow, shoulder pain, migraines, stiff neck, minor low back pain.
These sessions are offered in 15 and 30 minute options, membership options or bulk buy available.
Bodywork
Regular Bodywork is one of the best secrets of preventative care you can get. My comprehensive sessions are individually designed for each client using nearly two decades of skills, knowledge, and wisdom to get you out of pain.

Tight muscles can cause pain and lack of mobility but massage is only part of the equation. Every muscle in our body has a very specific job to do, as we age we reprogram these jobs to better suit our habits but not always our health.
